Greek pasta salad is a tangy and fresh side dish that is perfect for a picnic or potluck.
If you haven’t figured it out yet, I am obsessed with Greek/ Mediterranean style food. (Exhibits A, B, C, D, E)
There is just something about the fresh veggies and tanginess that just (1) tastes like a party in my mouth and (2) feels so good in my body. 🎉💃🏼
This Greek pasta salad uses one of my existing, tried and true recipes: Greek red wine vinaigrette. It tastes amazing on this, and ties everything together!
This dish is vegetarian, but it is very easy to modify to be vegan if you don’t mind leaving off the cheese…or if you don’t like feta cheese. It is still really delicious.
But just for the record: I LOVE mine with feta cheese! Yum😍👌🏻
It totally makes it, in my humble opinion. Greek pasta salad goes great with everything from deli sandwiches to grilled chicken or fish. The possibilities are endless.
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients that I put in my Greek pasta salad recipe. So simple, and bursting with tons of fresh flavor.
The sum of these ingredients is definitely greater than the parts too.😍
I love using pasta spirals/ rotini/ fusilli for this recipe. This shape just seems to hold onto the dressing really well.
But! Feel free to use another cut of pasta. Some suggestions: penne and farfalle/ bowtie pasta both work great in this recipe. Macaroni would also work really well too.

Thank you for speaking up! There was a broken link in the recipe card. I have fixed it now, and here is the dressing: https://www.apinchofhealthy.com/greek-red-wine-vinaigrette/

This is a staple in our house, especially in the summer. The dressing alone is a gem of a recipe, and we use it on so many different things.
