If you’re looking for a quick dinner or a fun party dish, this recipe is simple to make and completely customizable for your family’s preferences.

We use a pre-made par-baked pizza crust for convenience, but you can also use fresh pizza dough for a more homemade touch. The best part? It bakes in just 15 minutes, making it a great go-to recipe when you need something fast and satisfying.

If you love tacos and pizza, this recipe is a perfect way to enjoy both in one dish. Serve it as a main meal or slice it into smaller pieces for a great party appetizer.

To make this Mexican Pizza recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Par-Baked Pizza Crusts

  • Corn Kernels
  • Black Olives
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • White Onion
  • Olive Oil

Leftovers

Store leftovers in a large baggie or other airtight storage container for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best results.

Always use common sense and good judgment when it comes to leftovers, though! If something looks or smells funky, don’t eat it.

I hope y’all enjoy this Mexican Pizza recipe! Let me know if you try it.
