Assemble the Pizzas – Place the pizza crusts on the baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each crust.
Add the Toppings – Sprinkle on the cheese, followed by corn, olives, sliced bell pepper, dollops of refried beans, and onion. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top.

- 2 large par-baked store bought pizza crusts
- 1 cup jarred pizza/marinara sauce
- 8 ounces refried beans
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup corn kernels frozen or canned
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium white onion thinly sliced
- Olive oil to drizzle
- Store-bought taco sauce to drizzle
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place each pizza crust onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce onto each crust.
- Top each pizza crust with refried beans, olives, corn, shredded cheese, peppers and onion. Drizzle each pizza with a bit of olive oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Recipe Notes
- You can use a store-bought pre-baked pizza crust or use homemade or store-bought raw pizza dough & roll into two large crusts. You may need to bake the pizza a bit longer if starting with raw dough.
- Easy swap the refried beans for canned black beans (rinse them and dry before!)
