I must say that 2014 has been a great year for A Pinch of Healthy. During the year, this website
- took on the name A Pinch of Healthy (<- major improvement over my embarrassingly bad first domain name)
- became an actual food blog
I have seen my audience grow (<-THANK YOU!)
I have learned a TON, and I am ready to learn and grow more in 2015!
But first – I wanted to do a look back at my top recipes of 2014. So I pulled up my website analytics. I used page views as “votes.”
I hereby present to you my top 10 recipes of 2014!
10. Vegetarian Chopped Salad with Chickpeas and Eggs
9. Easy Meat Loaf
7. Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries
6. Easy Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette
5. Toasted Quinoa Pilaf with Butternut Squash, Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese
2. Grilled Chicken on the Stovetop
And the #1 recipe on A Pinch of Healthy this year was….

That Healthy Turkey Chili does sound delicious! It is now on my menu for next week! Yum. I eat quinoa all the time and I never thought about adding goat cheese to it. Brillant!

I hope you enjoy that chili Meegan! We eat a lot of that at my house, and I will often freeze it too.
