Cooking Tuscan Chicken Pasta
Tuscan Chicken Pasta is a delightful recipe that can be prepared with minimal effort yet delivers a profoundly satisfying taste. Here is how you can make it at home. First, cook the pasta according to package instructions, until cooked al dente.
Heat a medium skillet to medium-high heat and add the butter. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the pan. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, then transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, add the olive oil followed by the garlic. Cook for about a minute, just until fragrant. Stir in the Italian seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes, and cream. Let the sauce simmer gently to blend the flavors.
Mix in the parmesan cheese and spinach.
Stir until the cheese melts and the spinach wilts.
Add back the cooked pasta and chicken.
Toss everything together to ensure the pasta is well coated with the creamy Tuscan sauce.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil and additional parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and relish every bite of this comforting dish.

Made this tonight for dinner, we enjoyed it. Next time I’m going to use less Italian seasoning and more spinach. I also seasoned the chicken with garlic powder and onion powder. Thank you!
