Making chicken ranch wraps
Chicken ranch wraps are a simple recipe that can be made in just a few steps. Here is how to make it.
First, lay your tortillas out on a clean surface. Spread ranch dressing over each, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top each tortilla with romaine, red onion, tomato, dill, bacon, chicken, and avocado slices.
Roll the wraps by folding the sides inward, then roll them up tightly from the bottom. Place each wrap seam-side down to keep it together.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little avocado oil. Put the wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until they’re golden and sealed.
Let the wraps cool for a minute, then cut them in half. Serve with extra ranch for dipping if you like.
Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container for a day or two. These are best eaten immediately after wrapping. The lettuce can wilt if held over.
Always use common sense and good judgment when it comes to leftovers, though! If something looks or smells funky, don’t eat it.
