You can use leftover grilled chicken or a quick store-bought rotisserie chicken. These wraps are both convenient and flavorful. They’re also easy to customize with your favorite ingredients.

How to make chicken ranch wraps

First, gather your ingredients.

Ingredients

For best taste, always use the highest quality ingredients you have access to.

To make these chicken ranch wraps recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Large flour tortillas
  • Shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken (or cooked/grilled chicken)
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Red onion
  • Vine-ripened tomato
  • Ranch dressing
  • Crispy bacon
  • Hass avocado
  • Fresh dill
  • Avocado oil

These wraps are really versatile. You can use turkey bacon, regular bacon, or beef bacon. If you are avoiding dairy, find a good dairy-free ranch to use. For gluten-free wraps, just use your favorite gluten-free tortillas. A squeeze of lemon juice adds some zing to the final dish, too!

Making chicken ranch wraps

Chicken ranch wraps are a simple recipe that can be made in just a few steps. Here is how to make it.

First, lay your tortillas out on a clean surface. Spread ranch dressing over each, leaving a small border around the edges.

Top each tortilla with romaine, red onion, tomato, dill, bacon, chicken, and avocado slices.

Roll the wraps by folding the sides inward, then roll them up tightly from the bottom. Place each wrap seam-side down to keep it together.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little avocado oil. Put the wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until they’re golden and sealed.

Let the wraps cool for a minute, then cut them in half. Serve with extra ranch for dipping if you like.

Leftovers

Store leftovers in an airtight container for a day or two. These are best eaten immediately after wrapping. The lettuce can wilt if held over.

Always use common sense and good judgment when it comes to leftovers, though! If something looks or smells funky, don’t eat it.

I hope y’all enjoy this chicken ranch wrap recipe! Let me know if you try it.
