How to make a Skillet Cookie
First, gather your ingredients.
Ingredients
For best taste, always use the highest quality ingredients you have access to.
To make this skillet cookie recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- Unsalted Butter
- Granulated Sugar
- Light Brown Sugar
- Large Egg
- Large Egg Yolks
- Pure Vanilla Extract
- All-Purpose Flour
- Fine Sea Salt or Table Salt
- Baking Soda
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

If you don’t have unsalted butter, you can use salted butter, but omit the additional salt in the recipe. Milk chocolate chips are a great option instead of the semi-sweet.
