Summer is always a fun time for vacations and getting together with family. The last two weeks have been filled with lots of family time…
Plenty of food…
…and fun!
But! Confession time: I have gone way off track with my Weight Watchers the last two weeks. I ate whatever I wanted, and I did not track.
And exercise has been pretty much non-existent. Even my fitbit ended up getting tucked away in the beach bag before a swim…never to be seen for the rest of the trip! Yikes.
So when we got back from Destin Sunday night, I recommitted to jumping right back on track. I made my meal plan for the week, along with my grocery list. Stocking up on my usual healthy eats makes me fee great – like I am regaining control after (nearly) two weeks of indulgence.
So I put together a grocery haul video to show you some of what I picked up this week at Publix.

Your son is adorable and you.look great! I have been off track for about 3 weeks and my vacation time has not started yet! It all hits the end of July and first of August. I just always try to remind myself that sometimes food is a part of the fun as long as its not everyday. I try not to beat myself up and just get right back on track.

That is great advice Lynn, and I try to do the same – not beat myself up, and not let the off-track time drag on too long.
