It’s been a while since I have done a meal plan. Several of you asked my to bring it back. Ask, and you shall receive! 😉
As I was putting together my game plan for the week, I figured…why not share it on the blog? I’ll include recipe links (where applicable) to help you discover some new meals to try.
Weekly Meal Plan
Monday – White chicken chili (<- currently working on this recipe post…stay tuned!) and skillet corn bread
Tuesday – Pot roast, green beans and garlic rosemary roasted potatoes
Wednesday – Vegetable beef soup (using the leftover pot roast from night before) and skillet corn bread
Thursday – Fish and garlic parmesan cheese grits with lima beans on the side
Friday – Homemade pizza
Saturday – Grill out burgers and oven baked sweet potato fries
Sunday – Leftovers

Since I’ve made it very clear to you numerous times how much I adore your WIAW posts, I’m equally as excited that you’ve begun sharing your weekly meal plans now as well. You always eat such a wide variety of delicious meals. I’ve also been in talks with my mom about signing up for weight watchers, and seeing what you’re still able to eat while also loosing weight is a great motivation for her! Thanks 🙂
