Have you started your Christmas shopping yet?
Confession time: The number of Christmas presents I bought prior to this week =>0!
I am not even worried about it, thanks to the magic of internet shopping (👈🏻 my favorite!) from the comfort of my couch. Anything that I can do to avoid the long lines and the crowds…I am like YES. THANK you, internet.
Maybe you are a procrastinator like me, and you still have a few (err all?) of your Christmas shopping to do.
Or maybe you just need a little retail therapy for yourself after ALL the holiday shopping and parties and baking. Being all merry and bright can be work, amiright?
Well! I have a few gift recommendations for foodies out there. All of these, I already own (and love!) myself. I would never recommend anything to y’all that I haven’t (or wouldn’t) spent my own money on.
I have listed these sort of in order of price points, from smallest to largest. (Note: These were based on point-in-time prices on Amazon*. And we know that sometimes prices can change!)

Paderno Spiral Vegetable Slicer
I have this and love it! It spiral cuts veggies, and I make veggie “noodles,” curly fries, etc. with mine. I did a full product review here, FYI.
OXO
Cookie press
I had another brand for many years, and it broke. So I just recently bought this one, and it is great! I love OXO because their products are always well-designed. This is for way more than just Christmas cookies too! You can make all different shapes. These are so much fun!
Cuisinart Immersion Hand Blender
This is so handy for pureeing soups right in the pot without having to worry about pouring hot liquid into a separate device (blender). It is also great for making real whipped cream!
Instant Pot
I have not been shy in talking about how much I love my Instant Pot. It is a work horse in my kitchen, and I use it for SO many different things. For my full product review click here. I have both the Lux-60 and the Duo-60. I recommend the Duo. But! If you don’t care anything about making yogurt, the Lux will do just fine.
Kindle
I LOVE my Kindle, and I am due an upgrade since mine is one of the much earlier generations. The entry level Kindle starts at $79, which is an amazing value! I no longer buy paper books, and I prefer electronic versions. You can even get cook books on kindle, and some are even free. Plus, if you are an Amazon Prime Member, you can borrow one free book a month.
Cuisinart Food Processor, Brushed Stainless
I love mine! I use it to make pesto, breadcrumbs, shred cheese, chop veggies, and so much more. It is a handy little device
KitchenAid Classic Plus Stand Mixer
I LOVE my KitchenAid mixer! I got this as a wedding gift in 2006, and it is one of my favorite and most used kitchen appliances. I make cookies, muffins, breads, pizza dough, and so much with this. Great quality and built to last!
Vitamix Blender
And last but certainly not least, you guys may have already seen on Instagram stories how much I am LOVING my new Vitamix blender. I swapped out my original recommendation (BlendTec – seen in the graphic) for this one because I love it SO much more.
Even though I am using it a lot for green smoothies, it does SO much more than just that! You can make soups, batters, sauces, and even grind your own whole grain flours.
It is such a cool appliance, and as much as I hated to drop so much cash on a blender…I do not regret it. Not. One. Bit.
Bonus: Stocking Stuffer – Silicone baking cups
I just love these little silicone baking cups
! They are so handy. You can use them as little serving cups to portion out food. You can make all the muffins. Or you can bake other things into single sized servings, such as meat loaf or omelette muffins.
Well, that wraps up my gift list! I hope this was helpful.

I think half your list is on my wish list lol. I’ve got slow cooker on it for sure, as well as an immersion blender and a food processor. I’ve been so curious about the spiral slicer too, as I think people use it for zucchini pastas.

Sounds like a good list! 🙂 That is mostly what I use it for – zucchini “pasta.” It doesn’t taste like real pasta, but it does make a good, light vehicle for the topping/ sauce. I have mixed in some zucchini noodles with traditional noodles to volumize.

I need a new food processor so bad! Also wanting some silicone baking cups. Might need to mention that one to my hubby!

I use those silicone baking cups more than I thought I would. And a great food processor is a must. 🙂
