If you have been doing Weight Watchers for any length of time, you know that as you lose weight, your daily points allowance may decrease from time to time. In today’s video I talk about a few tips on how to deal with a shrinking daily points allowance.
This is something that everybody has to deal with on any weight loss program. As you get closer to goal, your body operates more efficiently. You have to find more creative ways to keep the scale moving.

Great video! My suggestion for another would be tips on going out to eat! I do have a question….I am doing the tracking method (online only) and have lost 16 pounds so far 🙂 My points allowance has not changed at all since I’ve started…when will it change???

Thanks for the suggestion. Eating out can be a challenge, and I do have a few tips I could share. Great idea!
That is so awesome that you have already lost 16! I am not 100% sure when your points will change. It may be soon. All I know is that Weight Watchers has a formula to determine how many daily points they allow you. It is based on age, height, current weight, etc. As you slide down in weight, every once in a while your points will drop. It is not that often, so I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Just don’t be too surprised when it does happen.

Great tips and advice! I stopped drinking anything but water (except for the occasional coffee or sweetened tea treat), a couple of years ago and I feel so much better.
