What I Ate – Sample Days of Healthy Eats

I have done Weight Watchers online since October 2013, and I have lost over 30 pounds (55 in all from my highest weight after the birth of my son). You can read more of my back story in my About page and my page for new followers.

Each of my posts contains a sample breakfast, lunch and dinner. And usually at least one snack! What can I say?! I like to eat. I include Weight Watchers PointsPlus and photos for all of my meals.

UPDATE: I am currently pregnant with my second child! So my Weight Watchers subscription is currently on hold. I am still writing and publishing healthy recipes and a few YouTube videos, but I won’t be back on Weight Watchers until some time in 2016.
