If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen this furry fella show up quite a bit.
His name is Scotty. I call him my crumb catcher, and he has my heart. He is a funny little dog, and he has a bunch of quirks that make him uniquely…well…Scotty.
He has a very protective spirit, and I am sure that he feels like he is in charge of looking out for our family. Part of that sheep-herding instinct, I guess?
Scotty is smart, full of energy, very vocal (sorry neighbors!) and extremely loyal and affectionate.
My husband is his favorite person in the whole wide world. It’s funny how dogs don’t care about being politically correct. If they have a favorite person, they are not afraid to show it!
When Scotty hears the sound of chopping from the kitchen, he runs to join me. This is funny to me since I don’t ever (intentionally) feed him people food.
We actually have to be very careful with what we feed Scotty, and we try very hard to keep him away from people food, or anything that could upset his stomach. The two year old human child doesn’t help.
Scotty has struggled with stomach issues since he was a puppy. We switched out his food a bunch of times, and nothing seemed to help until we put him on Purina® Pro Plan® Sensitive Stomach.
