Happy Monday! I hope that everybody had a great weekend. Today I am sharing my weekly meal plan. I am trying one new recipe this week, crock pot black bean soup. The rest are some old favorites. And once again, we are having pizza on Friday. It feels slightly healthier since I make it myself, including a from scratch white/wheat crust. I think my toddler could eat this every single night if we let him!
For lunches I almost always have the leftovers from what you see below. Occasionally I will have a sandwich or salad. Breakfasts are usually oatmeal, eggs or egg white sandwiches. If you want to see more of a play-by-play of what I eat, follow me on Instagram!

Sounds delicious! Can you come over and cook for me! We just had Domino’s gluten free thin crust pizza that wasn’t bad. I may have to figure out how to make it. Thanks for sharing with Countdown in Style.
