Strawberries & Light Creamy Swiss {On Blue Diamond Artisan Nut Thins}

If you have been following my on Instagram, you know that pregnancy has got me craving LOTS of fruit. ALL the fruit. So I am putting fruit on everything these days.

This snack mixes the sweetness of strawberries with the creaminess of cheese and the salty crunch of these crackers. It is snacking perfection!

I was excited when Blue Diamond sent me some of these crackers to try.

These happen to be gluten free and wheat free (and totally yummy!), so it’s a great way to mix up your traditional cracker stash. Plus, the ones I used in this recipe have flax seeds, which give them a little nutritional boost.

Strawberries and Light Creamy Swiss {On Blue Diamond Artisan Nut Thins}

These strawberries and light creamy swiss on Blue Diamond nut thins are snacking perfection - a perfect mix of sweet, salty, crunch and creamy.

Ingredients

  • Blue Diamond Artisan Nut Thins with Flax Seeds
  • Laughing Cow Light and Cream Swiss Cheese
  • sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Spread each cracker with some of the light creamy Swiss.
  2. Top with sliced strawberries.
  3. Serve immediately.
