Ah thanks Brittany. 🙂 I still want to lose, yes. I am a few pounds above my healthy weight range. Trying is debatable since I have gotten myself in a bad pattern of eating a little too much, especially in the afternoons between lunch and dinner. And the junk is sneaking it’s way back in too (ex: Halloween candy! Eek!).
