I talk a lot about health. Why? Because it is the platform on which all the other pieces of our life reside. If you don’t have good health, other areas of your life can suffer – relationships, finances, happiness, etc.
I am not a doctor, nurse or nutritionist (please always consult the professionals!). I am just a girl on her own journey, figuring things about as I go. I love writing about what I learn.
I believe health means not only having a healthy body, but a healthy mind, positive attitude and proper perspective. I am not perfect, but I am always looking for ways to improve my own health and the health of my family.
