I realized the other day it has been TEN YEARS since I actually lost weight on WW and kept it off for a long time. Since then, there have been 2 more kids born and tons of stops and starts. I just can’t seem to get back whatever it was I had back then that I don’t have now. I dunno if it was more time, less kids, less frazzle, less busy-ness,etc. But something changed, and I can never seem to get rolling! Your kids are adorable and unless they are in your face talking while you’re trying to talk it doesn’t bother me. Lol I have 4 kids. If I waited for silence, I’d never talk at all! Haha Random question. What is the 3 in the frame on your table for? At least that’s what it looked like to me. At first I thought maybe it was 3 days on plan, but then I realized you’re way too busy to change a # in a frame every day!!! ๐ And if it’s something you’d rather not answer or explain, that’s totally fine. I’m just observant and – I guess – nosy. Lol
Having kids definitely complicates things on the weight loss front. 2 examples: I hate wasting food, but I have stopped eating the discards off my son’s plate. That was a bad habit I got into while I was pregnant. Also, it is hard to get time to myself, so instead I eat too much chocolate. :-/ Overeating gets triggered in me when there is a deficit somewhere else. I did a blog post on it, nut I may make a video about this! It gets into the psychology of WHY we overeat. The 3 was for a photo I took of my son’s third birthday…six months ago. He just keeps getting it back out. ๐
Yes everyday!! I am so unmotivated right now it is so sad. Every morning I say it is going to be a good day tracking and everyday I fail because life happens
It’s SO hard, right?! I am thinking about doing a challenge…track everything no matter what for X number of days. 30 days? 2 weeks? I’m not sure, but I think if we just get a group of us to commit to nothing more than tracking every day, that would help! Because when you track, you automatically feel more accountable for what you are eating and (usually) make better choices.

And another thing…our metabolisms slow down as we get older. So it gets harder! Isn’t that fun?! (<- NOT)
