Ingredients

  • 3 cup Iceberg or Romaine lettuce diced thin
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/3 cup chickpeas
  • 3/4 ounce salami 5 discs, cubed (about 3/4 ounce)
  • 2 slices crunchy turkey bacon cubed/ crumbled (use AF turkey bacon below)
  • 6 ounces cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken, or suggested chicken recipe list in notes)
  • 1 Tablespoons pecorino cheese - 1 to 2 Tablespoons, to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian dressing more to taste, if desired

Instructions

  1. Make a bed of lettuce, and layer the other ingredients on top. Pour on dressing, and toss to combine.
