Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 5 ounces leftover turkey breast
  • 2 Tablespoons shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries sweetened (a.k.a. craisins)
  • 2 Tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Make a bed of greens on the plate.

  2. Assemble the rest of the ingredients on top.
