Instructions

  1. Slice the potatoes. I quartered mine.
  2. Place in a pot of water, and bring to a boil.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp salt.
  4. Reduce heat, and cook until tender, about 12 minutes.
  5. Drain and cool.
  6. Stir in dressing and green onions.
  7. Serve room temperature.
