Grease or spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions, drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Add the cooked spaghetti to the egg mixture and toss to coat it all. Make sure the butter is cooled so you don’t get scrambled eggs.
In a medium size bowl combine the ricotta cheese with the oregano, garlic powder, olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
Spread ¼ cup of the sauce into the bottom of the baking dish then place half of the spaghetti mixture into the greased 9x13 baking dish. Top it with half of the ricotta cheese mixture, then the marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.
Remove, let cool and garnish with fresh chopped basil.
