Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets 203g
  • 1/2 red bell pepper 87g
  • 3 Garlic Cloves 12g
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion 24g
  • 1/4 Lemon - juice of (10 g)
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast 23g
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter 14g
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 10g
  • 1 teaspoon of salt 7g
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika 3g
  • 1/3 teaspoon chilli powder 1g
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin 2g
  • 1 Tablespoon water (or more for desired texture) 14g

Instructions

  1. First, cook the veggies. Place the cauliflower florets, bell pepper, onion and garlic into a pot with a steamer tray (Amazon affiliate link) with 1 cup of water, place the lid on and steam until tender, about 17 minutes from point of boil.

  2. Remove lid and let cool for 1-3 minutes. In a blender add the cooked veggies, and all remaining ingredients.

  3. Blend until smooth. Should be good in the fridge for 5 days, and up to a week, depending on the freshness of your ingredients.
