Hand dipping chip in vegan queso

We have enjoyed this on chips/ nachos, on baked potatoes, tacos and basically any type of TexMex food. Vegan queso is super light and tasty, and it is a great way to add a ton of flavor. (Side note: I have a more decadent dairy free cheese recipe coming soon!)

Plus, it is made with mostly vegetables and a few additional seasonings.

This version is heart healthy, low in fat and calories and dairy free. Plus, it’s just crazy delicious. So whether you need a lighter cheese option, are vegan, or avoiding dairy, you are going definitely going to want to pin and save this recipe.
