Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Tahini well-mixed. (Recommendations: Whole Foods 365 store brand and Sprouts store brands both work well.)
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons water plus more, until desired texture is reached
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • optional add ins - turmeric powder, black pepper, dulse flakes

Instructions

  1. Whisk everything together well, until smooth. It gets thicker as it sits, FYI. It’s like the tahini continues to disperse. You can always add more water if you need it to drizzle.
