If you are looking for a simple, delicious tahini dressing recipe, this is it! Great on salads, veggies, potatoes and more.
I make this all the time, and it is so easy that I most often mix up a single serving as I am making a salad.
How to make tahini dressing
First, gather your ingredients.
Ingredients
For tastiest results, always use the best quality ingredients you have access to.
To make this simple tahini dressing recipe, you will need the following:
- Tahini
- Dijon mustard
- Maple syrup
- Water
As far as substitutions go, you can use spicy brown mustard. And feel free to sub the maple syrup with the sweetener of your choice, such as agave.
Mixing tahini dressing
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Whisk everything together well, until smooth.
Note: This tahini dressing will get thicker as it sits, FYI. It’s like the tahini continues to disperse. I like to make my dressing first, and then prepare my salad.
You can always add more water if you need it to drizzle.
Enjoy on your favorite green salad, or as a dip for veggies or fries. Sweet, tangy and delicious! Y’all be sure and let me know if you try it.
