Simple Grilled Halibut

Ingredients

  • 2 Halibut steaks or filets - about 4-5 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh chopped parsley - optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brush the fish on both sides with a little bit of oil and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper to season the fish.
  2. Spray or rub a little oil onto the grill to prevent sticking. Heat the grill to medium heat and place the halibut on the grill and cook it for 5 minutes per side.
  3. Once the halibut is done cooking, remove it from the heat and sprinkle it with some lemon juice and garnish of fresh chopped parsley.
