10ouncessoba noodles or spaghetti
¼cuptamari or soy sauce
¼cuprice vinegar
2tablespoonscreamy peanut butter
2tablespoonstoasted sesame oil
2teaspoonsmaple syrup
1teaspoonminced garlic
1teaspoonminced ginger
Chopped scallions - for garnish
Toasted sesame seeds - for garnish
Instructions
Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
Mix up the sauce by combining the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
Add the sauce to the cooked noodles and toss the noodles in the sauce to coat them really well. Serve warm or cold with a garnish of chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
