This takeout style sesame noodles recipe is super easy and delicious, and you can serve them warm or cold. Perfect for a super quick and easy meal.

And these are even better than takeout, plus a LOT cheaper! Plus, they are ridiculously simple, quick and easy to make.

You could serve these with some tofu or protein of choice, or make a meal out of them all on their own.

How to make sesame noodles

First, gather your ingredients.

Ingredients

For tastiest results, always use the best quality ingredients you have access to.

To make this sesame noodles recipe, you will need the following:

  • soba noodles (or spaghetti)
  • Low sodium Tamari or soy sauce
  • rice vinegar
  • creamy peanut butter
  • toasted sesame oil
  • maple syrup
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • green onion/ scallions
  • sesame seeds

Making sesame noodles

Cook the noodles according to the package directions.

While the noodles are cooking, mix up the sauce by combining the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.

Add the sauce to the cooked noodles and toss the noodles in the sauce to coat them really well.

Sesame Noodles

Serve warm or cold with a garnish of chopped scallions and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces soba noodles or spaghetti
