To make this sesame noodles recipe, you will need the following:
- soba noodles (or spaghetti)
- Low sodium Tamari or soy sauce
- rice vinegar
- creamy peanut butter
- toasted sesame oil
- maple syrup
- garlic
- ginger
- green onion/ scallions
- sesame seeds
Making sesame noodles
Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
While the noodles are cooking, mix up the sauce by combining the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
Add the sauce to the cooked noodles and toss the noodles in the sauce to coat them really well.
Serve warm or cold with a garnish of chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
