Mango salsa
Mango salsa is a perfect easy summer appetizer that is great with tortilla chips, and wonderful as a topping on tacos, chicken or fish.

Fresh Cilantro - chopped

Add all ingredients except the cilantro to a medium size mixing bowl and lightly toss to combine.
