Mango salsa is a perfect easy summer appetizer that is great with tortilla chips, and wonderful as a topping on tacos or grilled chicken or fish.
The flavors are bright and fresh, which is perfectly refreshing in warmer weather. But of course, you can make this any time of year.
Ingredients
Always use the best quality ingredients you have access to for best results.
Cilantro haters: feel free to leave that out. It’ll still be tasty without it. A good substitute would be scallions/ green onion.
Assembling mango salsa
Assembling this mango salsa is as easy as prepping/ chopping the veggies and stirring everything together.
It doesn’t get much easier than that, people! 😎🙌🏻
Add all ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl and lightly toss to combine. I do recommend adding the cilantro last to prevent wilting. You can toss everything else first, then fold in the cilantro.
Just look how gorgeous mango salsa is!😍 All the colors and freshness make it irresistible.
Note: If you are making this ahead, you can wait to add the cilantro and avocado until just prior to serving.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, and enjoy!

Cilantro haters - leave out the cilantro, an dit'll still be good. You can sub scallions/ green onion if you prefer.

I have an avocado allergy and can’t have it. Would you just omit it or would you substitute it with something?

I would just leave it out. It’ll still be yummy. Enjoy!
