Ingredients
3cupsVegetable broth
1.5cupsBrown lentils - green will also work
1teaspoonGarlic powder
1teaspoonOnion powder
1teaspoonPaprika
1teaspoonOregano
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and stir everything together. Secure the lid and set the valve to the “SEALING” position.
Cook in “Pressure Cook” mode for 9-10 minutes.
Wait for the Instant Pot to come to pressure (about 5 minutes) then it will countdown the 9 minutes of cooking time. Do a manual release to release any remaining pressure from the pot. Remove the lid and stir the lentils. Add more salt and pepper if needed for taste.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
