Measure out all ingredients into a bowl, and stir together until well-combined. Set aside.
Brown the meat, and separate with a spatula or spoon until brown and crumbly.
Drain the fat off the meat, and return to the same pan.
Sprinkle the seasoning on top, and add the water.
Stir to combine, and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Once the mixture starts bubbling, reduce heat to low, and cook until the liquid evaporates, about 7 more minutes.
Heat the taco shells in the oven (or toaster oven), according to package instructions, just prior to serving.
Spoon some of the beef mixture into a taco shell.
