My green monster smoothie is the BEST green smoothie, and my kids ask for it almost daily.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana (mine was 120 grams peeled)
  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened mango chunks
  • 9 grams ginger (I just did a small slice, half of what is shown in the photo)
  • 1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. I always try to add ingredients in order from softest to hardest, so add ingredients in the order listed above for best results.

  2. Put the lid on, and blend until smooth, about 50 seconds.
