Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese one 8-ounce block
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme one 7-ounce jar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip defrosted, or whipped cream
  • Zest of 1 orange optional

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl (of a stand mixer or with a handheld electric mixer) until smooth, about 3 minutes on medium speed. Scrape down the sides of the bowl 2-3 times during the mixing process.

  2. Add the marshmallow creme and vanilla to the cream cheese and beat for 3-5 minutes on medium speed until smooth and thick. If there are any clumps from the cream cheese, continue to beat until smooth.

  3. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the Cool Whip.
  4. Taste and add orange zest if desired.
