Slaw
1cupshredded green cabbage
1cupshredded purple cabbage
1cupshredded carrots
Dressing
¾cupmayo
¼cupwhite wine vinegar
2-3tablespoonsmaple syrup or honey
1teaspooncelery seeds
1teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
¼cupchopped parsley
Instructions
Add the cabbage and carrots to a large mixing bowl and toss to combine.
In a separate small mixing bowl, combine the mayo, vinegar, maple syrup, celery seeds, salt and pepper and whisk to combine into a tangy, creamy dressing.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well to combine. Fold in the parsley.
Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.

If you want to make this lighter, you can cut some of the mayo with Greek yogurt. For best taste, I recommend using all mayo though.
