Ingredients

  • 1 package raw chicken tenderloins 1 pound to 1.3 pounds
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to preference (I used 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken tenderloins in a bowl or ziplock bag, and add the Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours (refrigerated if marinating longer than 30 mins).
  2. Place marinated chicken in a baking dish (discard excess liquid), and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven until done, about 22 minutes for large tenderloins.

Recipe Notes

Nutritional information is approximate and was calculated using a recipe nutrition label generator, and is for approximate 4 ounce serving, which is about 2 chicken tenderloins.

To make sure your chicken is cooked alll the way through, feel free to use a meat thermometer and look for 165 degrees F to indicate fully cooked chicken.
