Ingredients
4boneless pork chops - about 1 inch thick, 4oz pieces
1Tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Place the pork chops onto a clean plate and pat them dry with a clean paper towel. Drizzle them with olive oil.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper and mix well. Sprinkle the spice blend all over the pork chops, coating each piece evenly with the spices on both sides.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F and spray the basket with cooking spray. Place the pork chops into the air fryer and cook for 9 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time. See notes below for cooking time recommendations.
Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and serve warm with your favorite healthy side dishes.

Use pork chops that are at least 1 inch in thickness so that they cook more evenly and don’t get dry.
Cooking times will vary based on the thickness of the pork chops. For 1 inch thick pork chops that are about 4 ounces each, the pork chops will take about 9 minutes.
For 1 ¼ inch pork chops, they will take about 12 minutes to cook all the way through.
1 ½ inch pork chops will take around 14 minutes.
When cooking these pork chops, always check them at around 9 minutes and adjust your cooking times from these since air fryers do vary.
Use good quality boneless pork chops that are thick and pink when raw. Pork chops that are too thin or more gray in color will not cook well in the air fryer and will dry out while cooking.
