Ingredients

  • 2 6 ounces Mahi Mahi fillets - skinless, or skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges - optional for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the Mahi Mahi dry using a clean paper towel.
  2. Brush each fillet with the oil. Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl then rub it all over the fillets.

  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F and spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the Mahi Mahi into the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the fish, reaches an internal temperature of 137 degrees F. Note: the thicker the filets are the more time they will need to cook.
  4. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon and your favorite sides.
