Ingredients

  • 1 pound butternuts squash cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt plus more to taste prior to serving
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Toss the squash cubes in the oils and seasonings in a mixing bowl until well-coated.
  2. Transfer to air fryer basket and air fry on 375 until golden brown, about 20 minutes, tossing/ flipping several times throughout cooking. If you want them crispier after 20 minutes, bump up the heat to 400, and go a few extra minutes, watching carefully not to burn.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
