Ingredients

  • 1 banana medium sized
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (5 ounces measured on a food scale)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (I am using 2% Greek)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. If the mixture appears to be too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries and blend again. If too thick, add a splash more of the milk.

Recipe Notes

*If you are using fresh strawberries, I would recommend using frozen banana chunks. Adding ice to thicken up the smoothie can make the taste watered down, which is why I don't recommend it.
