Ingredients

  • 5 ounces sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • ¼ cup whipped cream cheese
  • ½ cup jarred pimentos or chopped red bell peppers or chopped roasted red bell peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl and mix well using a rubber spatula. You want it to be spreadable but still slightly chunky.
  2. Serve as a spread between two slices of your favorite bread and enjoy as a sandwich or serve with some crisp, fresh veggies and chips and enjoy as a dip.
