Ingredients
5ouncessharp cheddar cheesegrated
¼cupwhipped cream cheese
½cupjarred pimentos or chopped red bell peppersor chopped roasted red bell peppers
2Tablespoonsmayo
1teaspoonchili powder
½teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl and mix well using a rubber spatula. You want it to be spreadable but still slightly chunky.
Serve as a spread between two slices of your favorite bread and enjoy as a sandwich or serve with some crisp, fresh veggies and chips and enjoy as a dip.
