Ingredients
1/2cupunsweetened almond milk
1/2cupgrapes*
1cupkaleabout 25 grams weighed on a food scale
1/2cupfrozen unsweetened mango chunks
1/2medium banana
1/3cupfat free Greek yogurt
1/4lemonpeeled*
Instructions
Add each ingredient to the blender.
Blend on "whole juice" setting, until liquified.
Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
*This recipe was written specifically for high end blenders, like the Vitamix or Blendtec. I used seeded grapes and the lemon flesh. If you are using a traditional blender, I suggest two modifications: (1) use only the juice of the lemon (or at the very least remove the seeds) and (2) use seedless grapes.
