Ingredients

  • 5 small to medium yukon gold potatoes mine were 21 ounces
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, and toss with hands to combine.
  3. Transfer potatoes to baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Cook in the oven until slightly golden brown (about 35 minutes).
