Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry quinoa
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Measure out desired amount of quinoa. I have made anywhere from 1 to 3 cups (dry measurement).

  2. Rinse the quinoa, using a fine mesh strainer

  3. Add rinsed and drained quinoa to the inner stainless steel pot. Add an equal amount of water for a 1:1 ratio

  4. Place the lid on, lock it, and place the lever on "cooking," and cook on manual high pressure for 1 minute.

  5. Allow the pressure to release naturally (NPR). 

  6. After the pressure indicator pin drops, your quinoa is ready. Fluff with a fork, and it is ready to be eaten.
