  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 clementine peeled
  • 1/2 lemon peeled
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate tendrils 35 grams
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup raw carrots 93 grams
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries 182 grams
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed


  1. Put all ingredients in the blender, and blend on "whole juice" or equivalent setting.
  2. Serve immediately.
