  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Avocado oil, or oil of choice (more or less, to coat)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (for serving - more or less, to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Prep the corn. Pull back the corn husks and detach them from the corn and remove the silky inside by pulling the strands from the top of the corn.
  2. Prep the grill. Preheat the grill to medium-heat and brush the grates with some oil.

  3. Cook. Place the corn directly onto the grill and cook it for 15-20 minutes, using tongs to turn it while it cooks so that it gets charred on all sides. Remove and place onto a plate. Continue until you have cooked all of the corn.
  4. Serve. Enjoy warm with some butter, salt and pepper and (if desired) freshly chopped parsley

Recipe Notes

  • Nutritional information is approximate and was calculated using a recipe nutrition label generator.
  • To easily peel the husks away from the corn, start at the top and pull it down towards the bottom of the ear of corn.
  • Make sure you rotate the corn as it cooks so that it cooks evenly on all sides.
