  • 6 chicken legs raw, with skin
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (I used Himalayan pink salt)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic (or garlic powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F degrees

  2. Mix the salt, pepper, granulated garlic, paprika and onion powder in a small dish, and set aside.

  3. Blot the drumsticks with paper towels, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Drizzle the oil over the drumsticks, and massage to coat both sides.

  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on the chicken legs; flip them over and season the other side.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, and remove the baking sheet to a heat safe surface.

  7. Use tongs to carefully flip each drumstick over, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.

  8. Remove from the oven, and allow the chicken legs to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
