Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 ounces Mexican shredded chicken
  • 3 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed (I used canned, but you can use homemade too)
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • 1 serving tortilla chips
  • Creamy Jalapeno (or other dressing of choice)

Instructions

  1. Make a bed of greens on your plate or in a large bowl, and assemble all ingredients on top.

  2. Drizzle with creamy jalapeno or dressing of choice.
