Thank y’all SO much for all of your comments on my previous video (comments were mostly on YouTube). I have been doing intuitive eating for almost a week now, and I recorded an update.

    Lol Sad to admit, but I have bit hubby’s head off before because he took a bite of something I was eating! That is a POINT for goodness sake! ๐Ÿ™‚ And my poor kids – I was stingy mama. “No! This is mine. I have to weigh and measure this. Take a bite of your dad’s!” Hehe
