- vegan butter
- white sugar
- almond milk
- vanilla extract
- all purpose flour
- baking soda
- salt
- chocolate chips
Mixing vegan chocolate chip cookie dough

In a large bowl beat the butter and sugar together until creamy, then add in the almond milk and vanilla and mix until the batter is light and fluffy, about 60-90 seconds.
Combine the flour with the baking soda and salt in a separate medium bowl.
Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir to combine into a thick cookie dough.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Baking the cookies
Drop the cookie dough in 1-1.5 tablespoon amounts onto the baking sheet.
Space them about 2 inches apart.
Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes, remove and let cool on a cooling rack for at least 10 minutes before serving.
